I found Christian Youth Theatre advertised in one of the KC Parenting magazines awhile back. What a great group - they offer theatre classes as an after-school activity and all of the productions are put on with local area kids. We went to see The Wizard of Oz Saturday night and we all loved it. Dorothy had a beautiful voice.
It started at 7 p.m. and I thought it would probably be over at 9, but it ended up being 10. I couldn't believe the boys made it through without falling asleep (I remember my parents taking me to see musicals at ESU all the time and trying so hard not to fall asleep, but failing. . . .). Brett didn't want it to end!
