We had a busy, but fun-filled weekend. Friday afternoon we headed to Manhattan to enjoy the beautiful weather in Aggieville and attend "Madness in Manhattan." Visiting Varney's (the college bookstore) was on my list and accomplished, but it was really great to walk through through Seaton Hall (Architecture studies) and Kedzie Hall (Journalism school) with the boys. Kedzie is not that cool, but they thought walking by the "studios" and wood workshops were pretty cool in Seaton. Hearing dad talk about spending all night working on models is something I think they find fascinating.
We met the Braxmeyers at Kite's for dinner and then Adam took the boys together to Bramledge in his car, which the boys loved.
I love the next picture not because it's a great picture, but because Owen & Brady are comfortable enough with each other to share a chair (they didn't have to!)! They seem to have fun dancing and goofing around with each other, which is all we can ask for. :)
Saturday we went to Ed's office's "Fall Festival" at Deanna Rose, which is a great place and made even better with their accomodations! We took Sandy's granddaughter with us and had a great time.
It was great to have free food/drink and an AWESOME face painter!

Sunday morning Brady sang at church for the "Children's Sabath" and then we headed to Grandpa & Grandma Jones' for the Halloween party they had for the kids. We had a great time and were just thankful to have such great weather.
Brenda gave everyone balloons to release for Aunt Vicki's bday - she passed away last May and I thought that was really special.
Grandpa Randy had made a train for the kids to ride and they loved it -
Here's a pic of all of the kids around the pinata with Brett swinging! It was a great time and a much needed excuse to see all of the cousins for sure!
