Halloween 2010

We started the Halloween festivities the Wednesday before Halloween with Brady's school parade and party. He wanted to be a zombie this year (scary, something you would see at a haunted house). It took a lot of trial and error on how many pins the cheese cloth needed, but by the time Halloween came we had it down.

Wednesday night we went to the Candy Scramble at the Merriam Marketplace and had a really fun time.
To infinity and beyond!
After all of the headaches with the zombie costume, it was great to have Brady win "best homemade costume" - he was excited that he got a HUGE candybar!
On Halloween we went trick or treating with our neighbors, Cam & Porter, and some of their friends who we know from past soccer teams and the neighborhood.
One of the houses in our hood had made a little haunted house in their garage - the boys LOVED it.

Can you tell my oldest is upset with me in this picture?! :) He wasn't readyto come home (for the night to end).

Great costumes! Us losers didn't even have a jack-o-lantern!
